The Maintenance Person supports management in achieving restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep. You’ll perform daily tasks including fryer filtration, grounds care, cleaning equipment, windows, restrooms, and trash removal, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Take out and empty trash
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
• Sweeping, Mopping and Detailed Cleaning
