McDonald’s Works for Me. The Maintenance Person at a franchise restaurant supports cleanliness and equipment upkeep, ensuring a safe, efficient dining environment.

You’ll perform daily tasks on fryers, grounds, windows, stock rooms and restrooms, with a focus on quality and consistency. Competitive pay with starting crew wages up to $10/hr, plus education benefits through Archways to Opportunity, disability and life insurance, and free meals during shifts.

Responsabilités

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
