Qualifications

• Maintenance team member maintains interior and exterior cleanliness and restaurant equipment.
• Performs tasks to support operation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck two times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
