Bridge Senior Living LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive living environment for residents. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance across HVAC systems, elevators, generators, and facility equipment, while ensuring units are ready for resident move-in and responding to requests promptly.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• HVAC certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance on HVAC units, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords.
• Conduct general and preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled or assigned.
• Respond promptly to residents' maintenance requests.
• Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in according to community standards.
