Zusammenfassung

Birmingham Green Health Center For Comm Cnts is seeking a Maintenance Tech 3/ Painter to join our day shift team in Manassas, VA. The role covers painting, electrical, plumbing, and general upkeep to keep facilities safe and operable.

This full-time position requires physical dexterity and a willingness to perform on-call duties every other weekend, with duties spanning indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks across our patient-centered community.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a current Virginia Class I Driver’s License.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds upkeep.
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance.
• Experience with heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Must be able to safely perform all essential job functions.
• Healthcare setting preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Paints and refinishes interior and exterior of the facility.
• Performs medium duty electrical work (208 3ph, AC/DC currents, outlets, switches).
• Performs general plumbing repairs (PVC, ABS, copper, soldering).
• Daily maintenance on furniture, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Repairs walls, floors, tiles; carpentry tasks as needed.
• Paints and repairs interior walls, ceilings, and floors.
• Constructs or renovates walls; adjusts doors/windows and hardware.
• Responds to daily maintenance requests and moves equipment as needed.
• Performs grounds care: mowing, snow removal, pruning trees and shrubs.
