Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team. The role covers routine repairs and preventative maintenance for guest suites and equipment.

Ideal candidates have experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, carpentry and basic HVAC, with emphasis on safety and guest service. Evening shift 3pm–11pm with rotating weekends; pay $16–$19 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, carpentry and basic HVAC knowledge.
• Ability to perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance across guest suites and equipment.
• Willingness to work evenings and rotate weekends.

Responsibilities

• You will assist others on the team including the Chief Engineer on guest suites, building and grounds maintenance.
• Provide a safe environment for our guests and the hotel staff by meeting all safety standards.
• Provide professional courteous service to our guests and be accommodating to various requests.
• Be a team player and assist in other departments when help is needed.
• Must be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and aware of all Job Safety Analysis guides.

• You will assist others on the team including the Chief Engineer on guest suites, building and grounds maintenance.
• Provide a safe environment for our guests and the hotel staff by meeting all safety standards.

• Schedule- Evening shift 3p-11p, rotating weekends. Some flexibility on work hours.
• Pay $16.00-$19.00 per hour based on experience.
