Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician 2 to join our Engineering team at the Dayton, OH property. You will ensure hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently while performing routine maintenance and repairs.

You will support the Chief Engineer on building and grounds projects, run preventative maintenance checks, and respond to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands‑on approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
