Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to perform scheduled preventive maintenance in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas. You will inspect appliances, fixtures, and furniture while following safety policies and coordinating with management.

The role requires physical tasks, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Maintenance or engineering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards and equipment operation.
• Ability to perform physical repairs independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces.
• Conduct minor repairs such as tightening toilet seats and changing light bulbs.
• Inspect and maintain appliances, fixtures, grout, caulking, and furniture.
• Follow safety policies and complete required safety training.
• Report accidents, injuries, or major maintenance issues to management.
• Handle hazardous materials per MSDS.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Ensure professional appearance with clean uniform and nametag.
• Provide courteous service to guests and support coworkers.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Assist with emergency procedures such as evacuations.
• Complete required CPO pool certification and maintain pool chemical levels.
• Carry out additional duties as requested by management.
• Flexible schedule required for full-time with availability 8am-11pm daily.

• Conduct minor repairs such as tightening toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching walls.
• Inspect and maintain appliances, fixtures, grout, caulking, and furniture to ensure proper function.
• Follow company and department safety policies; complete required safety training and certifications.
• Report accidents, injuries, or serious maintenance issues immediately to management.
• Handle hazardous materials safely and in compliance with Material Safety Data Sheets.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Ensure professional appearance with clean uniform and nametag.
• Provide courteous and timely service to guests; support coworkers with dignity and respect.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and reaching overhead.
• Assist with emergency procedures such as evacuations or medical situations.
• Complete required CPO pool certification and be able to maintain pool chemical levels.
• Carry out additional reasonable duties as requested by management.
• Flexible Schedule required for full time consideration with availability 8am-11pm daily. Including nights, holidays and weekends.
