Job summary

Target is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 in Oconomowoc, WI. The role focuses on electrical and mechanical maintenance of Material Handling Equipment, conveyors, robotics, and ASRS. Expect hands-on troubleshooting, calibration, and ongoing preventive work.

Responsibilities include operating maintenance vehicles, handling work orders with detailed labor data, and collaborating across teams. Shift is 8:00pm–6:00am Tue–Fri; benefits start within two weeks of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• PC competency and ability to use mobile apps on handheld devices.
• Familiar with wiring diagrams, symbols and electrical measuring.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical aspects of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) on site, including conveyors, sortation, robotics, or ASRS.
• Adjust scanners, cameras, field buses, scales and printer applicators.
• Reset, repair, or replace belts, chains, cables and other components; clean, lubricate, calibrate equipment.
• Maintain motors, sensors, relays, solenoids, encoders, etc.; assist with PLC troubleshooting.
• Operate Target-owned vehicles for maintenance tasks and parts procurement.
• Create and close Work Orders with labor hours, downtime, problem/cause/remedy, and parts used.
