Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a 1st-shift Maintenance Technician at our Belmont, MS facility. The role focuses on installation, startup, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical processes to maximize production efficiency and asset longevity.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of plant manufacturing experience, a two-year technical degree or equivalent, and strong knowledge of electrical/pneumatic systems, PLCs, and safety protocols. Ability to work all shifts if needed is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years plant manufacturing experience preferred.
• Two-year technical degree or equivalent preferred.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Able to work all shifts, if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant machinery and equipment.
• Follow 5S and continuous improvement practices; support PM/TPM and root cause analysis.
• Fabricate and install special equipment as needed.
• Perform maintenance, administrative, or other duties as assigned.
• Meet safety and training requirements (5S, PPE, Forklift, LOTO).
