You will schedule, track, and assign work orders, maintain CMMS records, and coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance, CMMS experience (SAP/Maximo/Fiix preferred), and strong communication with an emphasis on safety and accuracy in documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing maintenance environment, with coordination/administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CMMS software and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules for preventive, corrective, and predictive tasks.
• Receive, prioritize, and assign work orders to technicians based on urgency and skill.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, including work orders and parts usage in CMMS.
• Order and manage spare parts inventory to ensure equipment uptime.
• Communicate effectively with production teams about schedules and potential impacts.
• Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and support the maintenance team.
• Generate reports on downtime, repair costs, and work order completion rates.
• Ensure safety regulations and policies are followed; coordinate with vendors for repairs.
