Job summary

Labelink is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Appleton, WI facility to maintain and repair printing presses and related systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical components, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

1st and 2nd shift opportunities, with pay starting at $25.69 per hour; training provided on- site. Overtime as needed, strong growth potential and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with electrically powered printing presses preferred.
• Commitment to OSHA safety standards.
• Willingness to learn maintenance software.
• Reliability in performing scheduled PMs.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment.
• PMs focus for 2nd shift.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components on printing presses.
• Operate maintenance software to manage tasks and records.
• Follow safety protocols, Lockout/Tagout per OSHA 1910.

Labelink is looking for an Maintenance Technician for our Appleton, WI facility.

Pay Details:

• Pay starts at $25.69 an hour; pay is negotiable depending on experience.

Shift Details:

• 1st Shift - Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 2:30pm.
• 2nd Shift - Monday through Thursday 2:20pm to 12:20am
  • Training takes place on 1st shift
• Overtime opportunities as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks to keep equipment running efficiently.
  • PMs will be the primary responsibility for the individual working 2nd shift.
• Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems as needed.
• Follow safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout and OSHA 1910 guidelines.
• Learn and use maintenance software to manage tasks and maintenance records.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components on printing presses.

What We're Looking For:

• Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with electrically powered printing presses and their components is preferred but not required.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA standards.
• Reliable and consistent work ethic, especially in performing scheduled maintenance.
• Openness to learning new tools and technologies, including maintenance management software.
