Job summary

Labelink is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Appleton, WI facility, on 1st or 2nd shift. You will perform regular preventative maintenance to keep press equipment running smoothly and support production.

You will work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, use Micro-Main CMMS to track tasks, follow Lockout/Tagout and OSHA 1910 safety protocols, and contribute to a safe, collaborative team. Overtime opportunities and growth available.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with electrically powered printing presses and their components.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA standards.
• Reliable and consistent work ethic, especially in performing scheduled maintenance.
• Openness to learning new tools and technologies, including maintenance management software.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks to keep equipment running efficiently.
• Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems as needed.
• Follow safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout and OSHA 1910 guidelines.
• Learn and use maintenance software such as Micro-Main CMMS to manage tasks and maintenance records.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components on printing presses.
