Job summary

Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, located in Cortland, NY, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to join our team. You'll perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, handle preventative maintenance, and maintain building upkeep for a safe, comfortable resident environment.

You will report to the Director of Maintenance, work full-time 8am-4pm, and manage work orders with timely documentation. Competitive wages reflect prior experience with generous time-off and benefit

Qualifications

• Experience performing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in interior and exterior maintenance of the building and grounds, including preventative maintenance and recording.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues and complete work orders with proper paperwork.
• Ensure timely response to daily maintenance requests and maintain cleanliness of areas while collaborating with maintenance staff.
• Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and bending.

Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 200-bed Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility located in Cortland, New York, is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Tech to join our team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall organization and maintenance of our facility, including performing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, as well as providing excellent customer service to our residents and staff.
