Casago Coastal North Carolina is seeking a skilled and dependable full-time Maintenance Technician to help keep our 200+ vacation rental homes in top condition. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for tackling repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring our guests enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.

From troubleshooting WiFi to replacing HVAC filters, and light maintenance repairs, every day brings variety and the satisfaction of solving problems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 20+ lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and participate in on-call rotation.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and operational app platforms.
• Bonus points for HVAC, carpentry, pool/spa maintenance, or smart home technology.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests from owners and guests in a professional, timely manner.
• Perform general and preventative maintenance.
• Changing light bulbs and replacing batteries in remotes and smoke detectors.
• Repairing sliders and window screens.
• Troubleshooting appliances, WiFi, and cable.
• Installing and troubleshooting smart locks and smart home devices.
• Maintaining property grounds.
• Complete company training and compliance courses.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
