Job summary

Quantum Leap Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our San Antonio apartment communities. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of maintenance experience and is proficient in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to keep properties safe and comfortable.

The role requires performing repairs and preventative maintenance, responding to work orders, and ensuring compliance with safety codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year general maintenance tech experience.
• HVAC Certification required.
• CPO Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Conduct routine inspections of apartment units and community spaces.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Report supply needs to Lead Maintenance or Community Manager and maintain shop organization.
• Be on call for after-hours emergencies.

The Position:

This role is responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of residents.
