Job summary

Southwood Realty Company is seeking a Maintenance Tech for our Rosewood Clemson property in Central, South Carolina. This full-time role focuses on keeping buildings and grounds in excellent condition through on-site maintenance and preventative tasks.

Responsibilities include completing service requests within 24 hours, following up to ensure satisfaction, upholding OSHA safety standards, supporting a maintenance plan, and turning vacant units within five days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Constant need to perform standing and walking activities related to inspecting and repairing the property.
• Must be customer service oriented.

• Insures OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times
• Participate in implementation of an ongoing property maintenance and improvement plan
• Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days

• Maintain vacant units daily

Job Summary:

Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds. Complete onsite maintenance and preventative maintenance in order to maintain the physical condition of the property.
