• Maintain an adequate supply of materials to maintain the facility's day-to-day operations.
• Perform grounds and building maintenance, including preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, temperature control, lighting, custodial activities, equipment maintenance and repairs, carpentry and painting as assigned by the director of maintenance.
• Responsible for the safety of the residents under your area of work.

Responsibilities
