Job summary

Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a Maintenance Tech for our Senior Care Communities in the Omaha Metro. This role focuses on daily preventive maintenance, building repairs, and supporting resident care moves and setup.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of maintenance experience, HVAC knowledge, and a valid driver's license. Starting pay is $19.00+ per hour, with benefits and opportunities to grow within Hillcrest.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in building maintenance.
• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all preventive maintenance is completed daily.
• Assist departments with move-ins and setting up equipment for resident care.
• Perform building repairs such as drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting.
• Document completed work.
• Respond to and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Available for on-call as needed and/or scheduled.

Requirements For Maintenance Tech
