Job summary

Hillcrest Health & Living in the Omaha metro is seeking a Maintenance Tech to support our Senior Care Communities. You will perform preventative maintenance, assist with move-ins, and complete repairs across buildings; on-call duties may be required.

A valid driver’s license and at least one year of maintenance experience are required; HVAC knowledge is preferred. Hillcrest offers health plans, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of experience performing building maintenance (required).
• HVAC knowledge is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed daily.
• Assist departments with Move-ins/setting up equipment needed for resident care.
• Perform building repairs (drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting).
• Document completed work.

Requirements for Maintenance Tech:

• One year of experience performing building maintenance
• HVA C system knowled ge is highly preferred
• Valid driver's license is required

Responsibilities for Maintenance Tech:

• Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed daily
• Assisting departments with Move-ins/setting up equipment needed for resident care
• Performing building repairs such as but not limited to drywall repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting
• Documenting completed work
• Responding to and competing work orders in a timely manner
• Available for on-call as needed and or scheduled
