Responsibilities :

1. Supervise maintenance of buildings, grounds, security, and mechanical assets.
2. Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and transportation services according to community policies.
3. Manage overall operation and maintenance of the campus, ensuring high standards.
4. Develop vendor relationships and negotiate maintenance contracts.
5. Conduct apartment inspections prior to occupancy.
6. Handle after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed.
7. Implement preventative maintenance programs and work order systems.
8. Lead housekeeping and laundry operations in compliance with laws.
9. Review financial statements and address any deficiencies.
10. Manage expenses and budget submissions timely.
11. Staff and schedule team members within operational and budget guidelines.
12. Ensure transportation vehicles are safe, maintained, and inspected regularly.
13. Oversee safe transportation of passengers according to schedule.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or higher education in a related field.
• At least four years of maintenance supervision experience.
• HVAC training or experience.
• Knowledge of machinery, tools, plumbing, and repair techniques.
• Experience with electrical, fire alarm, emergency response, and disaster systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.
