WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

As an HVAC Maintenance Tech, you start your day in the comfort of your own home, gearing up for your first service call. As you step into your truck, you're equipped with the tools and knowledge to tackle any HVAC challenge that comes your way. You arrive at your first client's home, where you quickly assess their system and engage them with your friendly, expert advice. Throughout the day, you perform essential maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every customer feels heard and satisfied. Your dedication to quality heating and cooling service doesn't just fix problems; it builds lasting relationships and trust within the community.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE

• Good, insurable driving record
• Valid driver's license
• 21+ years or older

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A commitment to excellent customer service

SCHEDULE & LOCATION

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, with on-call shifts as needed.
• Location: Enjoy the freedom of dispatching directly from your home to various job sites across Denver.
