FT DAYLIGHT CARPENTER / MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ~ Pittsburgh East Area

• 40 hours per week (Overtime Available)
• 17.00 - $28.00 PLUS Benefits - Salary requirements to be discussed / dependent on experience.

Experienced Maintenance Tech with Carpentry skills pertaining to building maintenance (i.e. painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, renovations etc.).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 Years Experience inBuilding Maintenance & Carpentry
• Electrical ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience
• Plumbing ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience
• Carpentry ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience (framing, drywall)
• Painting ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience (interior and exterior)
• Other attributes such as work history are taken into consideration as well
• MUST pass background clearance
• MUST have reliable transportation to and from QSI Office in Penn Hills
