Aspen Square Management seeks a versatile maintenance technician to service our properties in Lantana, FL. The role focuses on routine and preventive HVAC maintenance, repairs, and preparing apartments for new residents.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of maintenance experience, EPA licensure, hands-on HVAC skills, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. You should own basic hand tools and be able to lift up to 50 lbs while standing or walking for long periods.

Position Description

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list
• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top-notch customer service to our residents
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
