Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to join our Ocala team. The role involves completing work orders, maintaining HVAC systems, preparing apartments for new residents, and collaborating with onsite staff to uphold property standards.

Requirements include at least 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA licensure, HVAC hands-on expertise, and a valid drivers license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA licensure is required.
• Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Provide own hand tools.
• Essential functions require standing/walking, operating equipment, and lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.

Position Description:

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list
• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top-notch customer service to our residents
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
