Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking a versatile apartment maintenance technician for The Reserve at Monroe. This role combines hands-on repairs with customer service to keep our community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing HVAC maintenance, preparing apartments for new residents, and collaborating with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards. EPA licensure and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• EPA licensure required
• HVAC hands-on expertise
• On-call rotations for emergencies
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own hand tools required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently

• Prepare apartments for new residents, make-readies, and punch lists
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Maintain curb appeal and overall visual quality of the property
• Provide excellent customer service to residents

Position Description:

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list
• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top-notch customer service to our residents
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
