Aspen Square Management in Mesa, AZ is seeking a versatile Jack-of-all-Trades technician to join our maintenance team. You will handle work orders, perform routine HVAC repairs, and prep apartments for new residents while delivering outstanding resident service.

This full-time role requires at least 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA licensure, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management or housing.
• EPA licensure required.
• Hands-on HVAC experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsabilidades

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property and curb appeal.
• Provide top-notch customer service to residents.
• All other duties as assigned.

Position Description:

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list
• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top-notch customer service to our residents
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
