Job summary

Triboro Center in Bronx, NY is seeking a Maintenance Tech to inspect facilities, maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, respond to requests from staff and residents, and repair vacated rooms.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong work ethic, willingness to be on-call, solid MS Office skills, and proven experience across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general maintenance.

Qualifications

• Min. high school diploma or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in HVAC, plumbing, electric, carpentry and general maintenance.
• Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office.
• Rotating off-hour/weekend on-call availability and schedule flexibility.
