Job summary

Group-Five-Management is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician for a fast-paced apartment community. This hands-on role focuses on quality repairs and growth within a professional property management environment.

You will handle work orders and perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and appliances, while learning company systems via a mobile app. Training will be provided; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills across multiple trades.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and apartment make-readies in a timely manner
• Perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliances
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Use of company systems and mobile tools is part of daily responsibilities
• Access and manage work orders and inspections through a mobile app
• Document completed work with notes, photos, and videos in real time
