Job summary

Group-Five-Management is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced apartment community. This on-site role involves responding to work orders, performing repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliances, and documenting work using our mobile tools.

No prior experience with these systems is required; training will be provided. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is willing to learn across multiple trades, and takes pride in quality

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills across multiple trades.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and apartment make-readies in a timely manner.
• Perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Use of company systems and mobile tools is part of daily responsibilities.
• Access and manage work orders and inspections through a mobile app.
• Document completed work with notes, photos, and videos in real time.
