Job summary

Aspen Square Management in Mesa is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to join our team and keep properties in top condition. You will perform HVAC repairs, prepare apartments for new residents, and collaborate with maintenance and office staff to maintain high standards.

The role requires at least 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA licensure, and the ability to work on-call. You must bring your own hand tools and have reliable transportation for off-site duties; a pathway to growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• EPA licensure required.
• Hands-on with HVAC systems and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; able to go off-site.
• Provide own hand tools.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make readies, and punch lists.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.

• All other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
