Job summary

The HRW Companies is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to manage building upkeep across our healthcare facilities. The role requires carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and drywall work, plus strong communication and reliability.

Experience reading blueprints and completing required documentation is preferred. You will perform routine repairs, coordinate with the facility administrator, and travel to other locations as needed.

• Strong communication, reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate skills and knowledge of building maintenance.
• Make minor repairs, paint, change filters and light fixtures.
• Utilize Tells application and document work performed.
• Perform HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing/Carpentry/Troubleshooting tasks.
• Provide guidance as directed by facility administrator.
• Travel to other facilities as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Able to demonstrate skills and knowledge of building maintenance.
• Make minor repairs, paint, change filters and light fixtures, etc. Also utilize Tells application
• HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing/Construction/Carpentry/Trouble-shooting experience
• Possess Leadership skills
• Able to work well with others
• Responsible work history and reference
• Able to provide guidance as directed under facility administrator.
• Willing to travel to our other facilities to work when needed
• Other job duties assigned by your supervisor

To be considered 'Well Qualified' candidate will possess moderate level experience in these areas.
