Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• 1. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial production and processing machinery, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyors.
• 2. Diagnose and repair faults in electrical and mechanical systems.
• 3. Troubleshoot and repair Allen Bradley PLC systems.
• 4. Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• 5. Work with bearings, conveying systems, gearboxes, and perform equipment rebuilds and repairs.
• 6. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, technical drawings, work orders, test results, and machine error messages.
• 7. Monitor the condition of equipment and systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
• 8. Respond promptly to any mechanical or electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• 9. Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize maintenance procedures and solutions.

Qualifications:

• 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• 2. Proven experience with Allen Bradley PLC and PLC troubleshooting.
• 3. Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• 4. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings.
• 5. Experience with bearings, conveying systems, gearboxes, and equipment rebuilds and repairs.
• 6. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 8. High level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual work.
• 9. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 10. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including on-call and emergency response as needed.
• 11. Safety-conscious with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the industrial environment.
