Job summary

Woodlake Properties LLC in Marietta, GA is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community. You’ll handle resident service requests, basic repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep our properties in top shape.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of maintenance experience, working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and own basic hand tools; EPA certification is a plus and a valid driver’s license is required. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily or residential preferred).
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Drywall repair and painting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time.
• Friendly, professional attitude with residents.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Own basic hand tools.
• EPA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete resident service requests quickly and professionally.
• Handle basic plumbing repairs: leaks, clogs, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and disposals.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues: outlets, switches, light fixtures, and breakers.
• Diagnose and service HVAC systems, including filter changes, thermostats, and common repairs.
• Patch and repair sheetrock and complete touch-up painting.
• Help with make-ready turns on vacant units so they’re move-in ready.
• Perform preventive maintenance on units, common areas, and grounds.
• Take on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

We arelooking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our apartment community in top shape. If you take pride in your work, like solving problems, and care about giving residents a great place to live, we’d like to meet you.
