CSC Management is seeking a Maintenance Tech for on-site duties at our Dallas-area properties. The role covers regular inspections, timely repair responses, and general upkeep across plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks.

We value HVAC experience, strong building-systems knowledge, and the ability to work independently. This full-time position includes a robust benefits package and ongoing training to support career growth.

• Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience working on, repairing, and installing HVAC units.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques.

The Maintenance Tech atCSC Managementis responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests in a timely manner. Full Time.
