Goldmark Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician 2 for our Timberland community in Fargo. You will troubleshoot and repair residential building systems, work safely, and deliver reliable service with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Has proven maintenance experience with a solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs.

• Effectively prioritizes competing maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment.

The Maintenance Technician 2 at Timberland is a key member of our team who helps ensure residents receive timely, reliable service and that our community is maintained to a high standard. We're looking for an experienced maintenance professional who can independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of residential building systems while completing work safely, efficiently, and with minimal supervision. This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of their work, and consistently delivers quality repairs and excellent customer service.

• Starting pay of $21 per hour, and more based on experience
