Flexible Concepts, Inc. in Elkhart, IN is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Material Handler to help keep production moving by safely transporting materials across the facility.

This role involves indoor and outdoor work, operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts, loading/unloading trucks, and moving materials through the plant. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with production, shipping, and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• An experienced forklift operator in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Safety-focused with an excellent work ethic.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Reliable with excellent attendance - dependability is essential for this position.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• A team player with strong communication skills.
• Able to adapt to changing production priorities.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Work Environment

This is a full-time hourly position in a manufacturing environment. The role requires operating forklifts throughout the facility and outdoors, standing and walking for extended periods, and working around machinery, moving equipment, and varying weather conditions.
