Flexible Concepts, Inc. in Elkhart, IN is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Material Handler to keep production moving by safely transporting materials throughout the facility.

The job includes indoor and outdoor work, so you should be comfortable in varying weather conditions and able to load/unload trucks as needed. Responsibilities include moving raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods, maintaining organized storage, performing daily forklift inspections, and collaborating

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a forklift operator in manufacturing/warehouse.
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Knowledge of forklift safety regulations and practices.
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Lift/move heavy materials up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Maintain inventory and storage areas.
• Perform forklift inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Support production schedules with cross-team coordination.
• Follow safety policies and maintain accurate records.
