Job summary

NRP Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the Revolve community in Austin, TX. Under supervision, you will perform general maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping to preserve curb appeal and apartment quality.

You’ll handle preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs, while addressing safety concerns and fulfilling service requests. A High school diploma is required; 3–4 years maintenance experience; CFC certification preferred, with computer skills advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
• CFC Universal Certification preferred; must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Basic computer skills and maintenance software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial tasks.
• Assist with storage area maintenance and supply handling.
• Refurbish and renovate apartments per standards; walk property daily for curb appeal.
• Address safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Respond to service requests; support Community Manager with improvements.
