Job summary

Sapp Bros., Inc. is seeking Maintenance Team Members to keep our travel centers clean, safe, and welcoming for guests.

You’ll perform housekeeping tasks, light maintenance, and ensure facilities—showers, restrooms, pumps, and surfaces—stay in top condition. Ideal candidates are at least 18, wear a professional appearance, can lift up to 25–45+ lbs, and work well in a team while delivering 5-star service with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star guest service at all times.

• Wash windows and perform light bulb replacements.
• Pressure wash parking lots and fueling areas.
• Clean fuel pumps and maintain overall facility cleanliness.

What You’ll Do:

• A minimum of 18 years of age

• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb step ladders
• Ability to lift and/or move items up to 25 lbs. and occasionally 25-45+ lbs.
• Ability to work well in a team and provide exceptional customer service
• A commitment to safety and following established guidelines
• Ability to pass a criminal background and employment reference check

Requirements

Ideal Candidates Have:

• Previous experience in a maintenance or housekeeping role (preferred, but not required)
• Strong attention to detail
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks throughout the day
