Job summary

Sapp Bros., Inc. in Percival, IA is hiring Maintenance Team Members to join our housekeeping-focused crew. You’ll help maintain clean, safe travel centers and support guest experiences for the traveling public and trucking industry.

Responsibilities include cleaning showers and restrooms, waste management, polishing fixtures, washing windows, and general upkeep. Candidates must be 18+, wear a professional appearance, lift up to 45 lbs, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Professional appearance and attire required.
• Able to stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift 45+ lbs.
• Provide documentation proving identity and eligibility to work in the United States
• Must pass criminal background and employment references

As a member of the maintenance team, you will work as part of a team, treating every customer as a guest and maintaining our facilities in top-notch condition so that we may deliver on our goal to run the cleanest travel centers, restaurants, and service centers in the United States.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Professional appearance and attire
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb step ladders
• Ability to lift and/or move items up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move items 25-45+ lbs.
• Provide proper documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the United States
• Pass a criminal background and employment reference check
