Sapp Bros., Inc. is seeking dedicated Maintenance Team Members to join our team in Omaha, NE. This role focuses on keeping our travel centers clean, safe, and welcoming for customers, with a strong emphasis on safety and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old, able to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally 25-45+ lbs, and capable of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders. You will provide top-notch service and contribute to a team environment that values safety

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb step ladders.
• Ability to lift and/or move items up to 25 lbs and occasionally 25-45+ lbs.
• Team-oriented with strong customer service.
• Commitment to safety and following guidelines.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and employment reference check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star guest service at all times.
• Clean and maintain showers and restrooms.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Empty trash containers and maintain cleanliness.
• Polish stainless-steel fixtures and dust surfaces.
• Wash windows and perform light bulb replacements.
• Pressure wash parking lots and fueling areas.
• Clean fuel pumps and maintain overall facility cleanliness.

What You’ll Do:

As a member of our Maintenance team, you’ll work together to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our travel centers. You’ll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, keeping our facilities clean, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
