Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining cleanliness of interior and exterior restaurant areas.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and operate cleaning equipment.
• Willingness to assist with stock rooms, waste management, and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week and manage trash/compactor.
• Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
