Job summary

McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep the restaurant clean and safe, maintain equipment, and support the maintenance team with daily tasks. This role supports a franchisee-owned operation in New Jersey.

You will perform duties such as oil fryer filtration, grounds keeping, cleaning equipment and windows, trash removal, bulb changes, and HVAC/roof upkeep. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, including education assistance and health coverage.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
