McDonald’s franchisee restaurant in Wrightstown, NJ is hiring a Maintenance Person. The role supports management to keep interior and exterior areas clean and to maintain restaurant equipment, with daily tasks and safety standards.

Responsibilities include filtering oil fryers daily, maintaining outside grounds, cleaning equipment and facilities, unloading deliveries, changing light bulbs, and keeping HVAC/roof area clear. Teamwork and a positive attitude are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience or willingness to learn in a fast-food setting.
• Ability to work in a high-traffic restaurant environment.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2-3 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
