Job summary

Chick-fil-A franchised Operator is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to perform daily cleaning and repair tasks, complete monthly preventative maintenance, and assist with additional projects as assigned. This role requires an early-morning schedule, a strong work ethic, and a solid understanding of equipment and basic technical skills.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Operations and supports restaurant readiness through essential maintenance and cleaning activities.

Qualifications

• Requires 6am–10am availability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment.
• Complete morning cleaning checklists to ensure restaurant readiness.
• Conduct fryer boil-outs and other deep-cleaning procedures.
• Assist with truck deliveries, including unloading and submitting credits.
• Repair equipment as assigned.
• Carry out additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.

• Assist with truck deliveries, including unloading and submitting credits
• Repair equipment as assigned
• Carry out additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed

Hours:

• 10-20 hours per week

Requirements:

• 6am-10am availability.
• Ability to lift 50 lb.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent problem solving skills
