Chick-fil-A is seeking a dependable, energetic Morning Shift Team Member to join our team. This role focuses on providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities include front-of-house interactions, basic kitchen support, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Availability from early morning through early evening is required, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth within a supportive leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Front of House: greet guests with a smile and eye contact, speak enthusiastically, and form positive connections.
• Follow Chick-fil-A rules and dress code; multitask efficiently and maintain team focus.
• Back of House: assist in food preparation to Chick-fil-A standards; stay organized and clean.
• Stock and manage kitchen areas; report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver fast, friendly service to guests.

Availability Requirement:Candidates must have availability to workbetween 4:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Specific shifts and hours may vary based on business needs and team member availability.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
