The role partners with Operations, Reliability, and Maintenance to deliver best-in-class line performance and embed strong maintenance practices across shifts.

- Age 18 or older.
Responsibilities
- Own maintenance performance for two lines including reliability and uptime.
- Track, analyze, and eliminate breakdowns and recurring defects.
- Identify and close line defects with urgency and discipline.
- Lead maintenance planning for down-days, planned-stops, and overhaul readiness.
