POSITION: Maintenance Team Lead (Full-Time, Non-Exempt)
COMPENSATION: Hourly Rate, plus Benefits and Bonus eligibility
LOCATION: Villages at Ben White - 7000 E Ben White, Austin, TX 78741
SUMMARY
The Maintenance Team Member is primarily responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of the community while also maximizing the living experience for residents and the community. This is accomplished by ensuring that all maintenance issues are resolved expertly and efficiently.

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member regularly uses their hands for tasks such as typing, handling, and feeling. The Team Member is regularly required to stand, walk; reach with hands and arms, and climb, stoop, or squat. Incumbents must be able to physically access all exterior and interior areas of the property and must be able to work in all weather conditions including, but not limited to rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
The Team Member must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of minimum seventy-five (75) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Rare or regular local travel may be required to assist properties as needed, attend training classes or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of daily responsibilities of this position.
