Job summary

PrideNow seeks a Maintenance Team Lead for a state-of-the-art facility in Oak Creek, WI. You will guide a team of 12–15 technicians, drive TPM initiatives, and work to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime on high-speed packaging lines.

Role requires leadership, CMMS experience, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement across production operations. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience and 2 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems.
• Proven coaching, mentoring, and team leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 12–15 maintenance technicians.
• Implement TPM, including Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Early Equipment Management, and Training and Education.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and ensure OSHA and SQF compliance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and automated robotic systems, especially high-speed packaging lines.
• Utilize CMMS/EAM systems to schedule, track, and manage work orders.
• Monitor uptime, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and preventive maintenance completion.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with OEMs and millwright contractors for specialized maintenance.
• Promote a strong safety culture and operational excellence.
